Code of Ethics
We will act with integrity in all we do, because integrity is the cornerstone of the way we do business. A business built on integrity creates bonds of trust that lead to strong and enduring relationships within our community and with our customers. Integrity guides our behavior in all things, including living up to the elements of the QnS pledge:
Pledge of Commitment
As a member of QnS, I pledge to conduct business in the best interests of my fellow members and my customers. I will strive to act in accordance with the following standards:- Ethics and Professionalism: I will act with the highest degree of professionalism, ethics, and integrity.
- Representation of Facts: I will fairly represent my products and services.
- Confidentiality: I will keep information regarding future QnS plans and promotions and information about my customers confidential.
- Conflicts of Interest: I will disclose potential conflicts of interest to all relevant parties and resolve conflicts before they become a problem.
- Responsibility to Customers: I will act in the best interest of my customers by offering quality products, services, and customer service. I will strive to create and maintain an environment where people feel safe and confident with their shopping experiences.
- Responsibility to QnS: I will represent QnS in a professional manner and respect its proprietary information.
- Responsibility to Other Members: I will share my lessons of experience with fellow members and promote the interests of QnS. I will be respectful of other members, their right to privacy (i.e. trade secrets and resources) and of what other members are selling or other services offered. I will agree to adhere to all terms and conditions of forum membership and member obligations, as set forth in the Terms and Conditions of Membership. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action that may result in having my membership canceled without refund.
- Honesty: to be candid and forthright in our dealings, clear and accurate in our communications, and to earn and keep the trust of those we serve.
- Decency: to treat people with dignity and fairness, to follow the tenets of the golden rule: treat others as you would like to be treated.
- Consistency: to live up to our commitments to our customers and each other, to be accountable for our actions and to strive for excellence.
- Courage: to be brave enough to articulate and actually live our values, even when confronted by those who dont.
